Suitable for pre-treating impermeable, non-absorbent or minimally absorbent substrates such as untreated concrete, concrete enamel, gypsum blocks, etc. Forms an adhesion-enhancing bridge on surfaces which are not suitable for direct application of a plaster finishing coat.
